I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of the Chongwenmen metro station. It was so convenient to hop on the subway and explore the city's tourist attractions. The hotel itself was very pleasant, with a friendly and accommodating staff. They even allowed me to check in at 2 in the morning and provided a late check-out. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sitting area. I also enjoyed the added bonus of the spa and wellness center, where I could unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Although this place provided great service, the staff could have been more knowledgeable about hospitality. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with the MRT station just in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to explore the city. There are also various shopping malls within a short walk from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a wide selection of both western and local cuisine, perfect to start your day off right.
The WiFi connection in the hotel was quite slow, which can be frustrating for guests who need to stay connected.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location. The subway station and bus stop were right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Being in the center of the city allowed us to easily access the main shopping centers within a 10-minute walk. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, including the highly recommended Nanjing Dapaidang with delicious and affordable meals. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, despite the language barrier, and made every effort to communicate with us or find someone who could assist us.

Clean and practical amenities, easy check-in/out, excellent restaurants, 24 hr room service, natural thermal water in showers and spa. Welcoming entrance aroma.

Convenient Location: The hotel was conveniently located right in front of a metro station, making it easy to access different parts of the city. There were also bus stops nearby, providing additional transportation options. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff were friendly and polite, always ready to assist with any queries or issues. Even though they didn't smile much, they were still professional and helpful. Surrounding Amenities: There were malls and small shops around the hotel, making it convenient for any shopping needs.
Room Size: The room I stayed in was a bit smaller compared to other chain hotels I've been to in Asia. It would have been better if the room size was more spacious.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Chong Wen Men subway station, making it very easy to explore the city. there are in-house restaurants and a spa for guests to enjoy. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful and assisted with arranging transportation and providing translations. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options to choose from. the location and facilities of the hotel made for a pleasant stay.
There were some issues with the room service and restaurant, which I would not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the town centre was perfect, and we loved being within easy walking distance to several attractions. It was so convenient to have a train station right across the hotel, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the bath tub with hot spring water. It was a delightful way to relax and enjoy the winter.
We would highly recommend this hotel to others.
